Monday 2-3:30pm || Wednesday 11-12:30pm || Thursday 1:30-3pm
All support tickets not covered under a site maintenance plan will be billed at $125/hour during regular office hours. Emergencies required outside of office hours whose warranty period has expired will be billed at $175/hour. Prior to beginning work we will send an email with an estimate of work and your support window. Please note if your site is outside of your 30 day post-launch warranty period you may be subject to additional fees for any support provided.
