HOW MANY PROJECTS DO YOU TAKE ON AT A TIME AND HOW SOON CAN YOU START? +
We operate our business on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once your contract and deposit are received you are added to our client queue. Due to the nature of our business, we take a limited number of clients each design cycle and are typically booked several weeks to several months in advance. If there is a waiting list, you will be provided a projected start date in your proposal.
 WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIMES? +
Project timelines are dependent upon the design package or type of work being completed. We provide an estimated timeline with deliverables and milestones with a client's contract, as well as provide each client with an Asana dashboard so that they may follow the ongoing progress of their project. We work as diligently and quickly as possible once your project begins to complete your project on time, however timelines are greatly impacted by client input and response times.
 WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES + METHODS ACCEPTED? +
Invoices are sent digitally via Quickbooks and may be paid directly via online payment or via check by mail. Unless otherwise arranged, all project payments are due in two parts; a 50% non-refundable deposit due prior to your project start to secure your spot on our calendar and the second 50% due prior to project completion and final deliverables. Depending on the total project cost and timeline, other payment options may be available. Any printing costs for collateral are due prior to items being submitted to the printer.
All clients on retainer or maintenance plans are billed at the time the contract is initiated and at the beginning of each month thereafter.
 DO YOU PROVIDE COPYWRITING OR PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES? +
We have an expert content writer on our team, and offer limited photography services, however if your project calls for large-scale photography, original illustration, video or another creative service, just let us know. We have an extensive network of creative professionals that we work with. We would be happy to make a recommendation if we cannot serve your needs directly.
