Please note our customer support hours:

Monday 3:30-5:00pm || Wednesday 10am-12:00pm || Thursday 10:00am-4pm

All support tickets not covered under a site maintenance plan will be billed at $165/hour during regular office hours. Emergencies required outside of office hours whose warranty period has expired will be billed at $200/hour. Before beginning work, we will email an estimate of work and your support window. Please note if your site is outside of your 30-day post-launch warranty period, you may be subject to additional fees for any support provided if you are not covered under an ongoing website maintenance plan.
